Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Counsel, Cybersecurity & Incident Response to partner with Security and cross-functional teams on preparedness, incident response, and regulatory compliance. You will guide investigations, preserve privilege, and translate technical findings into actionable legal guidance.

You will help strengthen governance, playbooks, and exercises for a rapidly scaling global cloud environment, reporting to the Privacy, Regulatory & Compliance leader.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience including cybersecurity incidents or data breaches
• Experience advising on cybersecurity laws and regulations
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Familiarity with U.S. breach notification requirements and contractual obligations

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice during cybersecurity incident lifecycle
• Coordinate with Security, Privacy, IT, Engineering, Product, Communications and executives
• Direct or support privileged investigations with outside counsel and forensic firms
• Assess notification obligations under cybersecurity and data breach laws
