Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Product Regulatory to shape how our products are developed, reviewed, launched, and scaled under evolving global regulation. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Privacy, AI, Security, and Global Operations to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable controls.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Lead Managing Counsel, Privacy, Regulatory & Compliance, you will provide strategic guidance across the product lifecycle

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in technology products.
• Experience advising senior Product and Engineering leaders.
• Deep expertise in AI, privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, data regulation or digital‑services regulation.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear legal actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature product regulatory governance program with evidence of compliance.
• Lead legal review of new products, features, AI capabilities, data uses, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed privacy by design, responsible AI, security, and data governance.
• Advise Supply Chain and Global Operations on regulatory matters and scalable regulatory programs.
• Align product functionality and marketing claims with legal requirements and approved controls.
• Monitor and interpret US and international laws; advise on roadmaps and market entry.
• Lead significant regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and coordinate with outside counsel.
