Qualifications

• Proven PM skills with 10+ years of experience overseeing large programs.
• Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership and client engagement.
• Willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts with on-site presence 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight across all project phases, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Develop and implement client-focused communication strategies to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Monitor progress against KPIs, manage budgets and procurement, and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead high-impact meetings and coordinate with stakeholders across user groups, executives, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee documentation, procurement strategies, and sustainable project workflows.
