CSL-Consulting is seeking a Senior Traveling Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across multiple sites with significant travel across the United States. You will partner with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and occupancy milestones.

The role demands strong leadership, executive communication, and the ability to navigate diverse project environments to achieve exceptional client results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, or related industries.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-site programs from design through closeout.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, stakeholders, and operational risks.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%–75% across U.S. markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and multi-site programs through all phases: planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, occupancy, closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and strategic advisor on assigned projects and programs.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align with client objectives.
• Monitor schedule performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive updates, reporting, and visibility into project performance.
