Job summary

CSL-Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee all phases of project management, from design through closeout. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives across strategic initiatives.

You will drive client experiences, optimize processes, and manage budgets and staffing to deliver high-impact results for projects valued up to millions in annual revenue.

Qualifications

• Proficient PM skills, typically 10+ years of experience with exposure to several large and unique projects.
• Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership and client engagement.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee all project phases and align with senior leadership on scope, objectives and success metrics.
• People Management & Team Development: Mentor and coach junior team members; oversee staffing and performance evaluations.
• Client Experience & Communication Strategy: Develop client-focused communication strategies and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Operational & Financial Oversight: Monitor KPIs, manage budgets and expenditures; drive efficiencies in contracts and partnerships.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Meeting Facilitation: Lead high-impact meetings with clients and cross-functional teams.
