Overview

A self-driven, strategic project leader who excels in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving impactful project results, and fostering continuous learning beyond foundational skills. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee all phases of project management, including design, construction, permitting, occupancy, quality control, staffing, scheduling, closeout, and budget management. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Provide oversight across all project phases, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment.Partnering with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives.Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes, identify cascading impacts, and enhance client experiences.
  • People Management & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and coach team members, fostering professional growth and high performance. Cultivate a strong team culture, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and development opportunities. Jointly oversee resource allocation, staffing decisions, and performance evaluations.
  • Client Experience & Communication Strategy: Develop and implement client-focused communication strategies, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment. Influence team members to uphold client experience standards, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client interactions. Utilize effective communication tools to keep stakeholders informed and ensure project transparency.
  • Operational & Financial Oversight: Monitor project progress against KPIs, analyzing trends, root causes, and recommending solutions. Drive contract management efficiencies, ensuring compliance with client agreements and strategic partnerships. Leverage financial acumen to manage budgets, track expenditures, and enhance financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Meeting Facilitation: Lead high-impact meetings, strategically influencing discussions and decision-making processes. Identify key client stakeholders, establishing trust and effective collaboration at all integration points. Facilitate engagement with user groups, executives, designers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Process Optimization & Procurement Oversight: Oversee documentation management, ensuring clarity in roles, deliverables, and project milestones. Drive procurement strategies, managing furniture acquisitions and relocation processes per project requirements. Optimize project workflows, leveraging best practices for efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Client Delivery & Execution Excellence: Lead the planning and delivery of client focused projects, ensuring outcomes meet defined quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, track progress, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Project Team Oversight & Revenue Support:Manage5-10project team members across concurrent initiatives, promoting collaboration, accountability, forecast develop and manage utilization, capacity and performance excellence. Deliver projects that enable client solutions contributing to $1M–$3M in annual revenue, aligning execution with businessobjectivesand service-level targets.
  • Support Business Growth: Work closely with portfolio leadership to enable growth by applying strategic client approaches whether defending existing relationships, reengaging dormant ones, expanding current opportunities, or targeting new prospects. Champions a growth mindset and aligns efforts with broader business objectives.
Requirements
Experiences
  • Proficient PM skills, typically 10+ years of experience with exposure to several large and unique programs that can oversee several projects in parallel
  • Expert skills in construction project management, people leadership and client engagement
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset
  • Experience in cultivating and growing a portfolio of projects and client accounts by identifying opportunities, expanding services, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Travel extensively throughout Massachusetts to support client engagements, conduct site visits, and foster relationships with project stakeholders, with an expected on-site presence of approximately 25–50%. Flexibility to attend evening town meetings, public hearings, and community engagement events as required is essential.

Pay Philosophy

CSL Consulting is a pay-for-performance organization, where individual contributions, impact, and results directly influence compensation, recognition, and growth opportunities. The salary range for this position is $119,500 - $180,000 annually, depending on exp0rience, qualifications, and demonstrated impact. CSL Consulting is committed to pay equity and transparency in accordance with Massachusetts law. Compensation is determined within the posted range based on the scope of the role, the candidate’s background, and the value they bring to the organization. We reserve the right to adjust our salary bands in response to evolving business needs, market conditions, and organizational priorities.
