Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 12 years of experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to negotiate leases, run capital projects, and deliver timely reports to owners and stakeholders. California real estate knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• California real estate license preferred
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years' related experience

• Experience negotiating commercial leases and contracts
• Advanced financial analysis and budgeting experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft contracts and lease documents
