Qualifications

• B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with leasing and tenant management.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Budget experience with variance explanations.
• Self-motivated, creative and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of office buildings and retail space.
• Inspect properties and tenant spaces for lease compliance and upkeep.
• Obtain repair estimates, generate service orders, and coordinate contractors.
• Provide tenant service and respond to requests promptly.
• Oversee property vendors to meet standards and contracts.
• Create annual income and expense budgets.
• Manage accounts receivable and monthly variance reporting.
• Verify invoice amounts against service orders or contracts.
• Collaborate with accounting on vendor issues.
• Develop relationships with tenants, staff, and community leaders.
• Propose programs to improve tenant experiences.
• Maintain property files and records; implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Tenant Improvement, Development, Construction.
