Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational support for asset management, property management, and accounting activities.
• Maintain regular communication with tenants, vendors, and service providers across a national property portfolio.
• Assist in preparing annual operating budgets, financial reports, and client reporting packages.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and property-related administrative matters.
• Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired properties.
• Conduct property site visits locally and out of state as needed.
• Track lease expirations, renewal options, and critical lease dates, coordinating with leasing teams to minimize vacancies.
• Review vendor contracts and certificates of insurance to ensure compliance with property requirements.
• Assist with vendor selection, competitive bidding, and service contract negotiations.
• Monitor rent collections, tenant delinquencies, and billing discrepancies in coordination with accounting teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall property performance.
