Energy Jobline ZR seeks a seasoned Commercial Property Manager with extensive experience in leasing and portfolio management in the tri-state area. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, negotiating leases, and coordinating with property teams.

You will manage leasing for office, retail, and industrial assets, build tenant relationships, monitor financials, and ensure compliance with leases and regulations. A strong network of brokers and proficiency with Yardi/RealPage is a plus.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
Expertise in leasing, marketing, negotiations, and documentation.
Strong understanding of property financials, budgeting, and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Manage leasing operations for office, retail, and industrial properties.
Handle new leases, renewals, and negotiate lease terms; market vacant spaces.
Develop letters of intent and convert to executable leases.
Maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants during negotiation.
