Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive commercial property management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and PM programs.
• Financial acumen to read balance sheets, operating statements, budgets, rent rolls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead management, performance, and growth of a 1.3M sq ft portfolio.
• Oversee tenant relations, operations, and capital planning.
• Coordinate leasing activities and vendor contracts.
• Develop scalable property-management practices.
• Prepare and review budgets and operating statements.
