The role emphasizes ownership mindset, proactive operations, and financial performance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, financially minded, and capable of supporting long-term asset goals with strong vendor and tenant relations.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong experience with retail or mixed-use assets is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of commercial lease structures, CAM reconciliations, and property financials.
• Must be based in or willing to travel throughout Los Angeles with reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations to ensure properties are well maintained and compliant.
• Prepare and manage annual property budgets and monitor performance against budget.
• Abstract and administer leases; coordinate with brokers on new leases, renewals, and amendments.
• Manage tenant relations, collections, and delinquencies; communicate with tenants professionally.
