USI in Houston is seeking an experienced client service professional for Commercial Property & Casualty insurance. You will manage service activities, educate clients on policy changes, and coordinate renewals to prevent coverage gaps.

applicants should have 3+ years in the field, hold or pursue a P&C license, and leverage Sagitta/ImageRight to support clients. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success at USI.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• College degree preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to earn Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Hold an industry designation or be willing to further industry knowledge through courses.
• Knowledge of Sagitta/ImageRight preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all service activities for commercial lines clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Inform and educate clients on policy changes, exclusions, coverages, and industry trends.
• Respond to client and carrier requests within agreed timeframes.
• Manage renewal workflow to avoid lapses in coverage.
• Negotiate renewals with knowledge of underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance.
• Assist clients with claims reporting.
• Adhere to credit and collection policy in invoicing and prompt payments.
• Manage client accounts per USI guidelines and KPIs.
• Educate and mentor teammates in Select Commercial Lines.
• Stay current on industry information, technology, and trends.
• Participate in virtual client meetings and occasional in-person visits.
