HSBC Technology & Services (USA) Inc. in New York, NY, seeks a Senior Business Manager for PG&C and Legal COO to drive strategic planning, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with executives to shape business direction and optimize costs, processes, and organizational design.

You will develop dashboards, support financial planning, and lead outsourcing/offshoring efforts to deliver efficiencies while ensuring compliance and risk management across the global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience.
• Experience defining timelines, KPIs, milestones, and ownership for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the PG&C and Legal COO; act as a strategic thought partner to the Executive.
• Leverage data and analytics to generate insights for decision-making and improvements.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews aligned with strategic priorities.
• Support annual financial planning and cost management; establish KPIs for budgets.
• Build outsourcing models and offshoring strategies to align with global teams and reduce costs.
• Support organizational design, including recruiting and staffing efforts.
• Lead internal communications, meetings, and alignment across the team.
• Coordinate people-related processes including compensation and promotions.
• Improve processes using low-code solutions and responsible AI initiatives; monitor Generative AI landscape.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk, and audit requirements.
