Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk, or related field.
• 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Markets and Securities Services, Risk or Network Management.
• 5 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit or control roles.
• 3 years of experience in operations, cash management, relationship management, global custody, broker-dealer industry or network management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive stakeholder support to Global Relationship Managers and client support teams.
• Lead pricing assessments and SLA reviews; oversee agent relationships.
• Coordinate cross-regional projects and maintain due diligence docs for Compliance and auditors.
• Monitor market updates and assist with escalations across language barriers (Spanish to English).
