The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in corporate legal operations or in-house tech company experience, with strong leadership, negotiation, and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, with 10+ years in corporate legal operations or equivalent.
• Experience scaling global legal ops across enterprises, using AI and legal tech.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience budgeting, forecasts, accruals, and vendor spend.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage complex priorities across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global legal operations function across brand teams and Corporate Center.
• Drive budget control, billing/vendor management, and vendor onboarding.
• Test and implement AI and tech solutions to optimize legal performance.
• Oversee contract management and knowledge management processes.
• Develop metrics, reporting, and change management for initiatives.
