Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, practice management, or professional services leadership.
• Strong understanding of law firm economics, attorney workflows, and client service.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy implementation with SBU leadership and growth initiatives.
• Manage strategic projects and ensure objective delivery and KRIs.
• Monitor industry trends including AI in legal service delivery and advise leadership.
• Identify and implement cross-functional process improvements across the SBU.
• Promote use of firm AI tools and support adoption within the SBU.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and financial performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for the SBU.
• Prepare regular reports for Managing Director and SBU leadership.
