Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Benefits Account Manager to support a portfolio of employee benefits clients. You will apply deep knowledge of health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans to deliver strategic guidance and program optimization.

You will manage complex accounts, coordinate with sales, underwriting and service teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equitable experience.
• L&H license required for employee benefits work.
• Strong knowledge of health, dental, vision, life and disability plans.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, understand needs and challenges.
• Conduct regular meetings to review benefit programs and improvements.
• Provide strategic advice on benefit plans and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors on terms, pricing and services.
• Oversee implementation of new benefits plans and client communications.
• Ensure plans comply with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA and related laws.
• Mentor junior account managers and collaborate with internal teams.
