Qualifications

• 4+ years of SEO/SEM or digital marketing experience, including team leadership or mentorship responsibilities.

• Proficiency with SEO analytics, keyword research, and performance reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor SEM specialists while establishing workflows and best practices.
• Develop and execute SEO and AI search optimization strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Oversee paid search campaigns, budgets, and optimization across digital advertising platforms.
• Communicate search strategies and performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct website audits, monitor rankings and traffic, and prepare actionable performance reports.
• Partner with content, social, and web teams to evaluate AI-powered tools and optimization opportunities.
