Job summary

Atlantic Group in New Jersey is seeking an SEM Team Lead to own a high-impact SEO, AIO, and paid search strategy. You will lead a team of three SEM specialists and guide strategy to increase search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate has strong agency background, hands-on SEO and paid search experience, and a proven track record of measurable results. Legal industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO/SEM, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising an SEM/SEO team.
• Hands-on experience with both SEO and paid search/Google Ads.
• Proficiency with SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads/AdWords.
• Legal marketing/SEO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three SEM specialists, providing coaching and training.
• Develop and execute integrated SEO, AIO, and paid search strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Manage SEO and paid search initiatives including Google Ads, keyword research, and onsite/offsite SEO.
• Analyze and report performance with weekly updates to leadership on rankings, traffic, and ROI.
• Conduct website audits and implement SEO improvements across architecture, links, and content.
• Optimize paid search campaigns and budgets to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web teams to execute strategies.
• Stay current on search engine algos, AI developments, and SEM tools.
• Develop and maintain SEM best practices and training materials.
