Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist for our aerospace manufacturing client in the Great Lakes region. You will lead procurement strategies across multiple plants, manage CAPEX projects, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and operations to drive cost savings and risk mitigation.

This role requires strategic thinking beyond transactional procurement, supplier onboarding, contract performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or contract development/management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Contract development and management including SOWs and PO creation.
• Lead CAPEX projects and supplier onboarding to meet business goals.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and ensure compliance.
• Provide multi-site support and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
