Job summary

Augmentis Group seeks a Segment Project Procurement Specialist for a major aerospace client in the Great Lakes region to drive procurement strategy across multiple plants, ensuring supply security, cost savings, and supplier risk management.

This highly visible role collaborates with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant contracts, while leading CAPEX projects and cross-site initiatives to optimize operations and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Contract Development/Management within procurement.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Oracle or a similar enterprise business system.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• This position involves access to export-controlled items and requires lawful access.

Responsibilities

• Review plant requirements and statements of work (SOWs) to identify potential suppliers and contractors.
• Create, review, and negotiate service agreements and purchase orders to ensure all contract language accurately reflects scope, requirements, deliverables, pricing, schedule, and terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with company contract procedures before issuance.
• Lead capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including sourcing and procurement of capital equipment, machinery, and building materials.
