Job summary

InterMetro Industries is seeking a Segment Manager to drive marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales enablement across markets. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other teams to implement plans that grow the brand and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and 5+ years of marketing experience, with strong communication skills and a focus on results. Relocation assistance and a health-oriented benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement annual and long-term marketing plans to grow brand and profitability.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with timing, messaging, resources, and metrics.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitive data; prepare reports and financial models.
• Manage PR, digital marketing, social media, and content initiatives to raise brand awareness.
• Develop sales support materials and launch communications for GTM.
• Coordinate tradeshow and buying group initiatives including strategy and lead management.
• Ensure adherence to InterMetro Code of Business Ethics.
