Job summary

Google is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager within the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) team. You will drive operational excellence by transforming regional security needs into structured technology solutions and align with security operations and GSOC across the globe.

You will manage end-to-end lifecycles of security projects, define requirements, work with engineering, manage timelines, and document training frameworks to enable scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field, business administration, technology management, or related area.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Interface with executives across GSST, GSOC, SecOps, and regional partners.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver training for handovers.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure systems meet benchmarks.
