Job summary

Google's Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) team seeks a Technology Enablement Manager to drive end-to-end security projects, transforming regional needs into structured technology solutions. You will bridge Security Operations and GSOC with engineering teams, manage timelines, and ensure rigorous documentation and training for sustainable effectiveness.

You will help Google continually identify enterprise risks, enable cross-functional collaboration, and lead structured intake

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative field, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating requests into structured requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, and deliver training for smooth handovers.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure systems meet benchmarks and original intent.
• Develop SOPs/runbooks and ensure thorough documentation and training frameworks.
