Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead global physical security infrastructure programs, including MAC projects, lifecycle management, and cross-functional delivery across mission-critical sites in the US. You will coordinate with IT, Network Engineering, and SRE to ensure secure, reliable operations and drive program health using data analytics.

Deep expertise in physical security stacks and IT infrastructure, with blended Waterfall and Agile execution, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Security Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in technical program or project management leading physical security deployments.
• Experience with enterprise physical security architectures and IT infrastructure.
• Experience executing global programs using Waterfall and Agile methodologies while directing third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct high-velocity MAC projects and large-scale security modernizations.
• Own multi-year hardware and software roadmaps for equipment refreshes and reliability projects.
• Serve as escalation authority and architectural reviewer for security platforms.
• Partner with IT, Network Engineering, and SRE on infrastructure updates.
• Manage vendor teams, oversee SOWs, and present dashboards to leadership.
