Job summary

Google Austin is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle of security systems projects, interfacing with GSOC and SecOps, translating operational needs into structured requirements and coordinating with engineering partners.

You will establish intake processes, define requirements, manage timelines, and document training frameworks to ensure consistent, scalable deployments of security technology across Google operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business administration, technology management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating requests into structured requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, and deliver targeted training.
