Job summary

Google is seeking a Technology Enablement Manager to join the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) within GSRS. You will drive end-to-end security programs, translating operational needs into structured technical deployments and leading cross-functional initiatives.

You will collaborate with Security Operations, GSOC, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, maintain rigorous documentation, and train stakeholders while prioritizing safety and resilience across Google’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative field, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.
• Preferred: experience in tech at a multinational organization.
• Preferred: experience deploying enterprise physical security systems (hardware and software) such as CCTV, PACS, VMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals, translating requests into structured requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver training for handovers.
• Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure systems meet benchmarks and evolve with feedback.
