Job summary

Google's Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) team seeks a Technology Enablement Manager within the GSRS Central Operations. You will drive operational excellence by turning regional security needs into structured technology solutions and serve as the bridge between end-users, GSOC, and engineering partners.

You will own end-to-end project lifecycles, define requirements, manage timelines, document training, and deliver scalable security deployments while upholding Google's commitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field or business/tech program management.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or tech project management.
• Experience with change management and cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
• Interface with executives across customer verticals, translating requests into requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage vendors, and deliver training.
