Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide clients through security transformation with a focus on outcomes. You will build deep client relationships, translate business goals into a prioritized security roadmap, and drive measurable value from AHEAD Managed Security Services.

You will engage across SIEM/XDR/SOAR platforms, including Cortex XSIAM and Cortex XDR, applying AI-enabled and agentic approaches to detection, triage, and response while maintaining strong commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in security engineering/operations or related IT consulting
• 5+ years client-facing advisory/TAM or similar role preferred
• Hands-on experience with modern SIEM/XDR/SOAR platforms and cloud security
• Strong ability to translate security outcomes into business value
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS, HIPAA, PCI-DSS and related frameworks

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's single point of contact for technical and security matters
• Act as strategic security advisor aligning services to business goals
• Own client health and satisfaction, monitoring adoption and outcomes
• Lead QBRs to communicate value, trends, and roadmaps to executives
• Champion a platform-first approach across SIEM/XDR/SOAR platforms
• Advance AI-enabled SOC maturity and automated response workflows
• Perform risk and maturity assessments to prioritize remediation
• Assist with adoption and optimization of security technologies for incident response
