Job summary

CBX Solutions LLC is seeking an Account Manager in Wilmington, NC to serve as a trusted advisor for clients, delivering integrated access control, CCTV, and door hardware solutions. You will coordinate with engineering, project management, and estimating teams to ensure accurate scopes, pricing, and timelines.

The role emphasizes consultative sales, technical acumen, and proactive relationship building with contractors and end users.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or estimating in security integration, low-voltage, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, general contractors, and construction managers across accounts and territories.
• Identify opportunities for integrated security and door hardware solutions through outreach and territory management.
• Conduct onsite and virtual presentations highlighting access control, video surveillance, and openings solutions.
• Collaborate with internal brands to coordinate proposals aligning access control and openings requirements.
• Prepare proposals, RFP responses, quotes, and technical documentation with marketing and leadership.
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM data integrity in ConnectWise or similar tools.
