Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for clients, delivering integrated security solutions including access control, video surveillance, and door hardware. The role emphasizes consultative sales, technical understanding, and coordinating with internal teams.

You will manage relationships with customers, contractors, and project teams, prepare proposals, and drive the sales cycle from initial outreach to deployment in a dynamic office and warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or estimating in security integration, low-voltage, or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and construction managers across assigned accounts and territories.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for integrated security and door hardware solutions through proactive outreach and territory management.
• Conduct onsite and virtual presentations highlighting capabilities in access control, video surveillance, and openings solutions.
• Coordinate with internal brands to ensure proposals align access control with openings requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and estimating teams to prepare accurate scopes, pricing, and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, RFP responses, quotes, and technical documentation; coordinate with marketing and leadership.
• Maintain sales pipeline in CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and compliance with processes.
