Job summary

CBX Solutions in Durham, NC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying security and access needs and delivering integrated solutions across access control, video surveillance, and door hardware.

You will coordinate with internal teams, prepare proposals, and manage the sales pipeline in ConnectWise, while building long-term relationships and staying current on product developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or estimating in security integration, low-voltage, or construction preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and stakeholders across assigned accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for integrated security and door hardware solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, RFP responses, quotes, and technical documentation.
• Manage sales pipeline and activity in CRM tools, ensuring data integrity.
