Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their security and access needs and delivering integrated solutions spanning access control, video surveillance, and door hardware systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with customers and contractors, managing proposals, pricing, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or account management in security integration or construction.
• Understanding of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and door hardware systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organization and time management; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, general contractors, and construction managers.
• Identify opportunities for integrated security and door hardware solutions.
• Conduct onsite or virtual presentations showcasing access control and video solutions.
• Coordinate proposals with internal brands and divisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and estimating teams on scopes, pricing, and timelines.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, RFP responses, quotes, and documentation.
• Manage CRM pipeline and ensure data integrity and process adherence.
