Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or customer support experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Clear speaking voice and strong telephone manner.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Desire to provide excellent customer assistance and initiative.
• Ability to interface with clients and co-workers professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small system additions directly with the client and install manager for manpower.
• Create installation packages for project managers and technicians.
• Provide EPL support (readers in the NED) for project managers and technicians.
• Push parts and labor to projects in AX and related systems.
• Create and receive purchase orders.
• Review contracts in the CRM system and flag incomplete packages for follow-up.
• Review technician packages and upload hardware info into support databases.
• Oversee permit submissions and approvals for remote projects.
• Initiate and track monthly billings and produce reports.
• Prepare post-installation packages for customer review and verify system programming.
• Run reports to ensure system functionality and initiate corrective actions.
• Respond to customer and project manager calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain rapport with project managers and installation staff via phone or email.
• Solicit customer feedback on service and system performance.
• Assist project managers with security system training as needed.
• Coordinate with Kastle departments to complete installations to client satisfaction.
• Resolve problems with appropriate departments and provide complete responses to clients.
• Generate and analyze security reports for clients.
• Collaborate with international partners on shipping and regulatory matters.
• Bill third-party systems, including intercoms, accurately and timely.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
