Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Security Manager, Talent Events and Live to shape security across global events, both on and off service. You’ll partner with the business, manage governance with vendors, and ensure consistent standards while protecting Netflix’s brand.

You will lead security planning, review risk assessments, and coordinate with talent security and PR teams. This role requires on-site leadership for high-profile events and collaboration with regional event leads across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with event planning, vendor governance, and risk oversight.
• Ability to interpret vendor security plans and identify gaps.
• Excellent relationship-building with vendors, regional leads, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner agreements with regional event leads and vendors.
• Review security plans and risk assessments before event delivery is approved.
• Provide governance and QA; challenge plans not addressing venue, threat, or reputational risk.
• Oversee on-site security for high-profile events and talent activations.
• Liaise with talent security teams and internal stakeholders.
• Act as security lead at Netflix events and LIVE productions as needed.
