NVIDIA seeks a Director of Global Event Security to lead the worldwide security program, safeguard employees and attendees, and deliver a world-class experience. The role requires international travel and deep expertise in security leadership, budgets, and vendor management.

You will build threat assessments, develop playbooks, and direct onsite operations while collaborating with Events, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security-related field
• 12+ years in security or multinational corp with leadership
• 5+ years leading security teams
• 5+ years building large-scale event security programs (5,000+ attendees)
• Experience with large budgets and vendor ecosystems
• Knowledge of video management and access control systems
• Experience with executive protection in high-visibility ops
• Strong understanding of international security environments and regulations
• Excellent communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

• Lead global event security program with enterprise-wide strategy and governance
• Recruit, develop, and mentor event security team
• Manage budgets, multi-year planning, procurement, and contracts with executive dashboards
• Direct threat assessments and security playbooks for events of all sizes
• Lead onsite security operations and collaborate with internal security teams
• Oversee event security vendor selection and guard force management
• Partner with Events, Marketing, IT, Legal and Facilities to embed security as a business enabler
• Maintain strategic relationships with private security, law enforcement, and agencies
• Produce after-action reports and represent NVIDIA at industry forums
