Job summary

Netflix is seeking an experienced Security Systems Project Manager embedded on the Enterprise Security Technology team. You will lead end-to-end delivery of integrated security technologies across the West Coast and LATAM, with regular in-person visits to Netflix HQ in Los Gatos.

Responsibilities include design, bid management, installation oversight, testing, and client sign-off to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise-security deployments and large infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years vendor management including installation oversight and commissioning.
• Expert knowledge of Genetec VMS and Access Control; cloud deployments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction/PM; PMP or CISSP preferred.
• Entertainment/Tech industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of security-systems projects from design to commissioning for new builds and MACs across the region.
• Develop detailed project plans defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.
• Design and review security system layouts (CCTV, access control, intrusion) per requirements.
• Evaluate vendor bids, manage the selection process, oversee installation quality and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with Workplace, IT/Network, Security Ops, and integrators.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover with client sign-off; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Track performance, issues, and financials; apply change-management as needed.
• Maintain project documents and ensure client satisfaction, safety, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
