Corps Solutions in Camp Smith, HI is seeking a Security Cooperation Resource Specialist to support MARFORPAC G5 International Affairs with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring of security cooperation projects.

The role requires extensive SC experience, training capability, and strong proficiency with DoD systems and Microsoft tools to ensure successful program execution and compliance with OHASIS standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years specialized Security Cooperation/Info Management experience.
Ability to conduct formal training in multiple formats.
Knowledge of MARFORPAC/DoD SC processes and governance.
Proficient with USMC Security Cooperation Enterprise and OHASIS.

Responsibilities

Plan and track external funding for partner nation engagement and training.
Monitor SC projects from planning through close-out and lessons learned.
Coordinate with MARFORPAC stakeholders and USINDOPACOM J55 program managers.
Ensure resources are requested, justified, allocated and maintained for project completion.
Monitor risks and provide remediation recommendations.
Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Disseminate governance standards related to financial management.
