Job summary

Corps Solutions is seeking a Security Cooperation Resource Specialist to support MARFORPAC planning, budgeting, and project execution at Camp Smith, HI. The role encompasses coordinating with INDOPACOM and related stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant security cooperation initiatives and proposals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in security cooperation, program management, and DoD systems like OHASIS, with the ability to train and guide multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of specialized experience in Security Cooperation and/or Information Management.
  • Ability to conduct formal training in multiple formats (oral, audio/video, practical, testing).
  • Proficient in the USMC Security Cooperation Enterprise and related programs.
  • Certification or completed security cooperation coursework prior to contract award is acceptable.
  • Experience ensuring resources are planned, justified, allocated and maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and request external funding for partner nation engagement and training events.
  • Track planning, execution, and submission of project close-outs and lessons learned.
  • Coordinate with MARFORPAC G5/International Affairs and INDOPACOM stakeholders.
  • Monitor risks and address issues in security cooperation projects.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
