Job summary

Corps Solutions is seeking an Exercise Planner at Camp Smith, Hawaii, to support MARFORPAC OAIs and Indo-Pacific strategic objectives. The role involves planning, coordination, collaboration across MARFORPAC, PACFLT, USARPAC, and USINDOPACOM, and real-time execution support to ensure readiness in Taiwan-related operations.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience), 5–10 years in USMC MAGTF planning, and strong skills in planning processes and stakeholder

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in planning and coordinating MARFORPAC OAIs.
  • Understanding of Marine Corps Planning Process and the RPIE planning framework.
  • Proven ability to brief and report to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for briefing and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning efforts for exercise design-related OAIs and synchronize with Indo-Pacific priorities.
  • Foster collaboration between MARFORPAC, PACFLT, USARPAC, and USINDOPACOM.
  • Provide execution support and real-time coordination during Taiwan-related OAIs.
  • Maintain long-term strategic planning within FOPS for MARFORPAC operations.
  • Conduct assessments and recommend improvements to enhance readiness and effectiveness.
  • Prepare briefings and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
