Parsons in Honolulu is seeking a Security Cooperation Expert to provide operational support on complex Indo‑Pacific projects. You will coordinate multi‑agency efforts, align with command priorities, and ensure regulatory and audit readiness in a fast‑paced setting.

The role demands exceptional communication, initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. On‑site at Camp Smith, the position supports DoD counter‑drug security programs and interagency planning with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience and applicable education credits.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional years may substitute for degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program support by synchronizing planning, scheduling, and multi‑agency coordination.
• Monitor and track SOF security cooperation funding cycles, budgets, and audits.
• Support policy development for counter‑drug security cooperation initiatives.
• Prepare briefings for leadership and partner organizations as required.
• Coordinate with DoW, Service staffs, commands, and interagency partners.
