Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Security Cross-Functional Success Architect to guide enterprise customers in leveraging the ServiceNow Security portfolio. You will combine deep platform expertise with consultative skills to optimize adoption, integrations, and security outcomes across Armis and ServiceNow products.

You will lead technical engagements, collaborate across product and service teams, and help customers mature their solutions while shaping product improvements and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and deep expertise in at least two product areas.
• Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Background in enterprise architecture, including authentication, data modeling, REST/SOAP integrations, and security protocols.
• Experience in professional services or consulting roles with demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Success & Adoption across Armis and ServiceNow Security products, enabling measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, PS, and CS to resolve complex challenges.
• Provide architectural guidance for Armis integrations with SecOps, CMDB, ITOM, and vulnerabilities.
