Job summary

Silco Fire & Security, a Midwest leader in fire protection and security, seeks a Strategic Account Manager in Cincinnati, OH. You will own relationships with Silco’s largest clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on projects, services, and solutions.

The role emphasizes expanding accounts, managing service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple departments. Travel throughout Ohio and surrounding areas is required, with a strong sales mindset and CRM experience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management or sales in security or related industry.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel across Ohio, Kentucky and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain strategic accounts as the primary client liaison.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and project needs.
• Identify upsell opportunities and lead renewal negotiations.
• Serve as customer advocate across departments and ensure satisfaction.
• Track performance and provide quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Maintain records of interactions, contracts, quotes, and activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate on strategic planning to improve retention and expansion.
