Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to own and lead critical SEC filings and technical accounting activities. You will collaborate across Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Treasury to ensure audit-ready disclosures and controls for a growing public company.

You will research complex accounting issues, develop formal policies, and mentor the accounting team while coordinating with external auditors and control owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA required; 4+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with public-company SEC reporting or audits.
• Strong leadership and collaboration and project management skills.
• Experience using Workiva, inline XBRL tagging, and EDGAR filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead key SEC filings using Workiva (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Maintain disclosures, calendars, and cross-functional coordination.
• Research and document complex accounting matters; prepare memoranda.
• Lead external audit coordination and financial controls activities.
• Support operational accounting areas and coach colleagues.
