Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with 3-4 years in Big Four public accounting.
• Strong technical accounting background with US GAAP, SOX 404, SEC reporting, and ESG standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP, including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings with XBRL requirements.
• Work with ESG and sustainability teams on regulatory reporting readiness and execution (CSRD and other jurisdictional requirements).
• Monitor and assess new accounting pronouncements and evolving ESG regulations and their impact on reporting obligations.
• Support proxy filings, control updates, and global statutory reporting through coordination with external auditors.
• Initiate process improvements to scale and optimize financial and sustainability reporting.
