ServiceNow is seeking an SEC & ESG Reporting Manager to lead SEC reporting and CSRD readiness, reporting to the Sr. Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting.

You will partner with ESG teams, manage Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings, and drive technical accounting research in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, global statutory reporting support, and process improvements to scale financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP/Ind-AS knowledge and ability to apply it in practice.
• Experience with SAP and Workiva; familiarity with SOX controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools; data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements and filings.
• Collaborate with ESG and sustainability teams on regulatory reporting readiness.
• Support CSRD readiness projects and other jurisdictional ESG reporting requirements.
• Monitor, assess, and implement new accounting pronouncements and assess impact.

Job Description

ServiceNow is looking for an SEC & ESG Reporting Manager who has a positive attitude, highly motivated to learn and grow within the organization with proven ability to thrive successfully in a fast-paced multi-task-oriented environment. This is a critical and high-profile position that will play a significant role in SEC & ESG reporting with a near-term focus on CSRD-readiness. There will also be opportunities for involvement in technical accounting and other compliance related matters. This role will report to the Sr. Director, SECReportingand Technical Accounting.

What you get to do in this role:

• Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure the financial statementsare in compliance withUS GAAP.This includes the filing of Form 10-Q, 10-K and8-K (earnings release) with XBRL requirements.
• Work closely with our ESG reporting and sustainability teams as well as internal stakeholders on ESG regulatory reporting preparedness
• Support project management as it relates to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) readiness-project and other regulatory ESG reporting requirements at the jurisdictional level
• Monitor, assess, and implement new accounting pronouncements applicable to the company and partner with stakeholders to analyze the impact
• Be a trusted business partner and advisor to various stakeholders within Accounting, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
• Take initiative for process improvements to scale andoptimizethe financial reporting process
• Support proxy filings through performance of quality assurance procedures
• Assistwith the update of controls including assessing any control gaps and changes in processes
• Research and document the Company’s technical accounting issues; present and resolve the Company’s positions for critical accounting issues with external auditors
• Assistwith global statutory reporting of international subsidiaries through coordination with external auditors in US and local offices
• Coordinate audit support with external auditors
• Support special projects and workflow process improvements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Strong technical knowledge & acumen of IFRS-2 /Ind AS 102/ ASC 718 with experience in
• auditing/accounting share-based compensation expense;
• Display a strong knowledge of IFRS / USGAAP/ Ind-AS with the ability to stay on top of changes
• Experience with SAP and Workiva is a plus and experience in preparing and maintaining SOX
• controls will be an advantage;
• Has experience in preparation/audit and analysis of financial statements in multiple countries
• and/or related data and financial reports;
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and ability to work
• effectively as a member of a team of diverse individuals;
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Chartered Accountant - with 4 to 8 years post qualification experience, Big 4 public accounting
• Experience in supporting SEC reporting teams including Form 10K, Form 10Q, 8Ks & proxy filing
• for technology & product companies is a plus.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,800 - $221,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
