Job summary

USfalcon is seeking a Strategic Sealift Analyst to support the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Installations and Logistics. The role focuses on drafting decision briefs, analyzing Strategic Sealift data, and developing data-driven models to inform N4L3 programs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of PM support or military experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in project management support or military service.
• Ability to coordinate and track numerous efforts simultaneously.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful presentations and briefs for senior leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership to draft decision briefs and strategic plans for senior leadership.
• Collect and analyze Strategic Sealift data to support N4L3 initiatives.
• Develop data-driven models for fleet elements (capacity, age, size).
• Coordinate data products with external stakeholders for consistent messaging.
• Support PPBE planning and integrate N4L3 programs with others.
• Assist in meetings with AOs to compile program information and validate offsets.
