Job summary

USfalcon, Inc. seeks a Fleet Support Logistics Analyst to join our Arlington, VA team. The role focuses on coordinating logistics for governance meetings, maintaining expert rosters, and providing on-site support with Navy stakeholders. A Secret clearance is required and travel is limited.

The position involves data collection and analysis of port costs, task orders, and audit remediation, with responsibilities to draft plans and briefings for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for monthly governance meetings and lead senior-level briefings.
  • Maintain list of program experts for Navy Inspector General inspections and assessments.
  • Coordinate with Echelon II experts to provide HSP expertise to the Navy Inspector General.
  • Analyze metrics related to port visit costs, task orders, payments, and audit remediation data.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with Echelon II experts worldwide.
  • Assist in resource justification and reporting on unit assignments for FADs.
  • Draft strategic and tactical planning documents and develop briefing materials.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain schedules; manage programmatic information and funding.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Fleet Support Logistics Analyst to work out of Arlington, VA.

PAY: $100,000 - $120,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Coordinate logistics for monthly Husbanding Service Provider (HSP) working group governance meetings, as well as lead briefings for senior level HSP governance boards.
  • Maintain list of HSP Program subject matter experts for use by the Navy Inspector General during Command Inspections and Area Assessments.
  • Coordinate with Echelon II subject matter experts to provide expertise on HSP to the Navy Inspector General.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze metrics related to port visit costs, task order generation/awards, payment timelines, port visit workloads, and other audit Inspector General audit remediation data.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with Echelon II subject matter experts across the world.
  • Perform analysis to justify requested resources. Collect, analyze, and report on unit assignment of FADs.
  • Process FAD requests from lower echelon commands and provide support to N4L's membership of the Joint Materiel and Priority Allocation Board.
  • Participate in OCS working groups and coordinate remediation actions to programmatic issues as identified by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
  • Asist as the Navy's LOGTECH program course managers. Coordinate application submissions with OSD counterparts, issue annual call for applications, and, in conjunction with government course managers, review and adjudicate applications for LOGTECH course offerings.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling of Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR)/Navy Exchange (NEX) Board of Directors Audit Committee meetings, as well as coordinate inputs to briefing materials with lower echelon commands.
  • Serve as a member of the N4L Resource Sponsor team and manage the flow of appropriate programmatic and funding information and provide solutions to efficiently utilize resources.
  • Draft strategic and tactical planning documents.
  • Develop briefing materials and presentations.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 4 years in relevant experience.
  • Ability to coordinate and track numerous efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful presentations and decision briefs for senior leadership.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines.
  • Direct client support experience (on-site support a plus).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of Navy organizational structure.
  • Prior experience gathering and analyzing metrics.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and articulating high-level business capabilities and requirements.
  • Prior experience in military transportation and distribution a plus.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field

REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Secret
