Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for monthly HSP governance meetings and lead senior briefings.
• Maintain list of program experts for Navy inspections.
• Collaborate with Echelon II experts to provide HSP expertise to NAVY IG.
• Collect and analyze metrics related to port visits, task orders, payments, and audits.
• Schedule regular meetings with subject matter experts worldwide.
• Prepare resources requests and report on unit assignments.
• Support LOGTECH course managers and coordinate applications with OSD.
• Develop briefing materials and schedules; draft planning documents.
